MacBook Air graphical glitch solved with OS X 1065

first_imgAt the beginning of November a graphical glitch was discovered in the brand new MacBook Air range. It occurs on both 11 and 13″ models, and plays out as your Air freezing then the screen flickering like in the video above.Apple has now fixed the issue but forgot to tell everyone. The fix was included in the Mac OS X 10.6.5 update which was released last week. There’s was nothing in the release notes to say the graphical glitch had been resolved, but an update on the Apple support forums confirms it has:SymptomsAfter waking from sleep, your MacBook Air display may flicker or fade from light to dark repeatedly.ResolutionDownload and apply the Mac OS X v10.6.5 update to resolve this issue.
